Annual Meeting Registration Fees:
- Active Fellows in private practice (in-person attendance):
- Registration: $475
- Guest: $175
- Balloon Fiesta: $160
- Emeritus Fellows in private practice (in-person attendance):
- Registration: $165
- Guest: $135
- Balloon Fiesta: $160
- Active and Emeritus NGO/Academic/Government Fellows (in-person attendance):
- Registration: $165
- Guest: $135
- Balloon Fiesta: $95
- Virtual Attendance (all fellows): $50
