I am Division Administrator for Iowa DNR’s Environmental Services Division. Prior to this current role, I served as the agency’s General Counsel for 15 years. And prior to that, I practiced environmental law in Ohio, both in the public and private sector. From 2001-2004, I served as Legal Services Bureau Chief for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
