I am Division Administrator for Iowa DNR’s Environmental Services Division. Prior to this current role, I served as the agency’s General Counsel for 15 years. And prior to that, I practiced environmental law in Ohio, both in the public and private sector. From 2001-2004, I served as Legal Services Bureau Chief for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.

4. Representation and advocacy on behalf of Alaskan-owned oilfield support company to resolve air quality enforcement action brought by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
5. Litigation preparation and advocacy relating to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit for 92-mile liquefied natural gas pipeline in Puerto Rico, which would have harmed more than 40 endangered species and numerous local communities
6. Litigation on behalf of non-profit environmental organization against U.S. Environmental Protection Agency based on its failure to adequately regulate both conventional and greenhouse gas pollution from nitric acid plants
