Allan Gates is a senior member of the Environmental Practice Group of Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard PLLC. He is a past President of ACOEL and is the Immediate Past President of the ACOEL Foundation. He was born and raised in Little Rock. He is married to Karen Kinsley Gates. The couple has two grown daughters, Lori Gates Schuyler and Elizabeth Gates Spontak, and four grandchildren, Charlie, Sam, Andy, and Tallulah Jane.
