Gail S. Port heads Proskauer’s Environmental Group. With 44 years’ experience, her practice includes transactional, financing, land use, capital markets, complex environmental enforcement and compliance, litigation and remediation matters. Gail was Deputy General Counsel, NYS Urban Development Corporation (1984-1989) handling high-visibility development projects, financings and litigations. She chaired the NYC Bar Association Environmental Law Committee and the NYS Bar Association Environmental Law Section. Following gubernatorial appointments, she served on the NYS Environmental Board (1992-2012). Gail is Vice-Chair of NYLCV and a board member of the NYLCV Education Fund and of Audubon New York.
