Ginny chaired Bond's environmental and energy practice from 2000 to 2016 and was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee from 2014-15 and 2004-05. She advised clients on state and federal regulatory compliance issues, particularly in the areas of air and water pollution control and solid and hazardous waste management. In addition to work on behalf of ACOEL and its Foundation, Ginny is engaged in projects benefitting the Environmental & Energy Law Section of NYSBA, SUNY's College of Environmental Science and Forestry, and the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the County Bar. She recently spoke on New York's 2020 Climate Leadership & Community Protection Act and a 2020 Clean Water Act decision of the U.S. Supreme Ct.
