Ralph retired in2020 from a 40-year career in environmental regulatory law. Based in Boston, he was a partner at two private firms and also served in two public positions, including as General Counsel of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. Ralph is an Access to Justice Fellow, a Massachusetts program for retired lawyers. Currently he is providing pro bono services to the Green Energy Consumer Alliance on regulatory issues involving electric vehicles.
