Linda Crook Martin

Linda Martin is an experienced environmental with over 40 years of experience in environmental litigation and regulatory matters, working with state and federal regulatory agencies. Her clients have included municipalities, private industry and public trusts and agencies. She works to provide environmentally sound, cost-effective remedies to alleged violations of environmental laws and regulations on behalf of her clients. In addition, Linda assists many firm business clients in corporate and real estate transactions, including asset acquisitions, advising on critical environmental matters and potential liabilities prior to and after acquisitions. Linda has expertise in Brownfields procedures and regularly advises clients on how to best protect themselves against environmental liabilities when purchasing potentially contaminated properties. Linda zealously represents clients in the most cost-effective manner possible while maintaining the high quality of legal representation that the firm clients have come to expect.
