I have retired from the practice of law effective Dec. 31, 2021, concluding a 45 year career practicing environmental and water law. 38 of those years was at the Portland Oregon office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. I had the honor of being a founding Regent and first president of ACOEL, certainly one of the most gratifying professional experiences I have had.
