- Representation of a coalition of six municipalities that border the city of Milwaukee challenging the allocation of $2.3 billion in capital costs expended by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District in upgrading the sewer system that currently serves southeastern Wisconsin.
- Special counsel to the State of Wisconsin providing litigation representation and regulatory advice related to the environmental compliance of approximately 50 coal-fired boilers owned and operated by the state.
