Kevin Poloncarz co-chairs Covington's Environmental and Energy Practice Group and its Energy Industry Group. He focuses on regulatory, litigation and policy matters involving climate change, air quality and clean energy, often on behalf of major power companies. He has deep knowledge of the carbon market and helps clients advance carbon reduction opportunities. In his free time, he enjoys taking care of his vegetable garden, hobby orchard and small flock of chickens in the Napa Valley.
